If it shows blank in general that means he can't find the ID from the configfiles. You prob have a faulty config file. Can you post your server startuplog to pastebin orso so we can check it?

it did work then, since this is a total different error. You have 2 chunks who are on the wrong spot. This causes the server to crash.

Can you download the map and open it in singleplayer? often that way you can fix the problem and then reupload the world

The creeperrepos have a timeout of 10 min, so you need to download it within that timelimit otherwise the server closes the connection.

The amount of ram can be changed by choosing option in the launcher. There you can set the amount of RAM
