Check your overall weight, anything over 24 kg will negatively impact your flight and travel speed, also if you have the resources add the boots for extra boost. I've never installed the crafting table but I believe if you have the power fist equipped and roll your mouse wheel it will select it...

If I remember correctly you can use silk touch with an arcane bore, if the bore's output is connected to your processing system, it could be automated. I think the fortune comes out ahead. 10 dust comes out to 2 crystals with 2 dusts left over, with fortune I seem to average 3-4 crystals + dusts.

Not sure if it can be automated or not but the uncrafting table from twilight forest might work for you. I've never used it myself, just read about it.

My first Suggestion would be HP steam boilers and Industrial Steam Engines. That will chew through that iron in no time.
