No you can make stable ingots with the pseudo but you can make stable nuggets with the regular. It's a gold nugget divided by diamond, it's very expensive

See this it's where instruction manuals could be helpful. I loaded an old world and my table was just hanging out, not in a fortress. But the information I had at the time was just stick in the nether with a chest and a sword. I got other things but never a skull. That explains it.

I used to use the table all the time on my laptop because the performance couldn't handle mobs. Now it's better. But the whole time I used it I never got a wither skull.

I don't think I've ever seen a either skull drop on a table

Today I discovered some mod adds a peaceful mode only recipe for nether stars... Then it requires either skulls... Fail but cool

well like you can cut a cobblestone in half vertically and have half of a cobble using a saw. Then you cut that in half horizontally or vertically etc. etc.... can you do that with carpenter's blocks? I think it would be awesome... and indeed should be... a... thing. :P
