Oh.. Depending on the item there are some mod configs that can disable crafting of certain items. Otherwise maybe try this though it looks outdated. I'm sure there are others out there though. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/disablecraft/

Yes if you can connect via loopback then it looks like the port isn't open in windows and/or your firewall.

That looks normal, checked port 25565 is open in windows? Can you connect locally on the server with 127.0.0.1?

This tells me 14 maximum http://canihostaminecraftserver.com/ However FTB requires more I'm assuming. Also how many other computers is this connection shared with? With 128mb down and only 4.7mb up you're going to max out your upload whenever you download something as a little bit of the upload...

Post results from speedtest.net and pingtest.net. Sounds like a bandwidth issue.

I'd say that's more of a cpu constraint not ram. Removing lots of water would do that.

Sounds like the mods didn't get loaded so the server is essentially running vanilla. Ensure mcpc+ is loading normally.

Probably just need to rename it to the same name as the original server jar was called so that the panel will load it.

If you don't want to use mcpc I believe MyTown can do this if you enable it in the config.

Can someone please verify from the FTB team which version of the Unleashed pack is currently recommended? First a couple nights ago 1.1.7 was pushed to recommended but then a few hours later 1.1.3 was back as recommended. Now again tonight 1.1.7 is back there again. I've searched the forums...

Stop posting crash reports with mcpc plus, you're wasting both yours and FTB teams time by not testing without it.
