    One thing... if you're not planning on overclocking at all, then the stock heatsink/fan that comes with a retail (i.e. not a OEM) is plenty adequate, and you can save yourself a little money (or use the savings towards an SSD)

    You could put a relay in right before the pulverizer, so the copper dust would sit there until the pulverizer could accept it. May not be super elegant, but puts a holding buffer in place that looks better than a hopper and has higher capacity.

    updating to mindcraft 1.5

    FTB itself cannot update to Minecraft 1.5 until each of the individual mods have been updated, tested, and released for 1.5. It may be a couple months, or more, depending on the mod authors.

    If you don't mind using a sawmill, for a very low MJ usage, you can get 6 planks per log, and one piece of sawdust. Use an autocrafting table to combine the sawdust into compressed sawadust, and turn the compressed sawdust into charcoal. 6 planks = 4500 EU, and 1/8 eventual charcoal = 500EU...

    Yes, it is possible. I've done exactly this. Though I can't recall the exact location of the setup I'm using, I've seen dozens of Mystcraft villagers this way. Be prepared with a LOT of emeralds, as some of the pages can cost up to 64 emeralds each.

    Looking for Advice for FTB Mindcrack

    I built a Steve's Carts tree farm, run the wood into furnaces to turn it into charcoal, then use the charcoal to power my furnaces, my LP boiler(max size), and 4 generators (40 eu/t total, I think). Its probably not the most efficient, but now that its set up, as long as the chunk is loaded...
