MFR grinders auto-eject items and fluids. You don't need the wooden pipes. Personally, I use a chest to buffer the item output of grinders as I have experienced bugs with piping directly out in the past.

I have found that the warp effects sometimes cause this pack to crash as well. Specifically the sun scorned effect stacks with another warp effect. I am seriously considering disabling warp effects since even after spamming the bath salts and soap the effects are getting annoying.
