mfc grinder problem

hi all
probly the wrong section, but didnt really got any result after search the forum...
so, i'm trying to set up some grinders so i can get mob essence. for that, got myself 3 vanilla spawners, blaze, zombie and skelly, have those in a dark room in a way that the mobs get in range for the grinders.

i have the power coming from below, items from the back and the pipe for the essence from the side.
now, whats happening is that the grinders are killing the mobs just fine, that diamond chest almost halfway full but i didnt get a single millibucket of essence...
am i doing something really dumb?

MFR grinders auto-eject items and fluids. You don't need the wooden pipes.

Personally, I use a chest to buffer the item output of grinders as I have experienced bugs with piping directly out in the past.

well, kinda solved the problem...noticed that sometimes got essence and others dont...when i was building that i switched to peacefull, then to normal. had to log out and when i logged back in it was working fine, so if i switch modes it stops working until i relog...
