    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

I'm in Age 11, getting things ready to build the rocket, and I have a big stockpile of Compressed Air Cells. According to JEI, they are used in the Extractor to reclaim the Empty Cells. Is there nothing else that uses Compressed Air Cells from TechReborn?

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Yeah, this pack has some strict tier progression and limitations that aren't normal. Once you start getting Plutonium in Age 7, you can built Advanced Generators that can output both RF and EU. If you haven't already, you should definitely send power thru a CESU, or the more powerful MFU, so...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Unfortunately, you can't. Immersive Engineering and Solar Flux Reborn both generate RF (Redstone Flux), and IC2 requires EU (Energy Units). Very few machines will produce both RF and EU. In Age 3, you're limited to a few IC2 machines, or a Compact Solar Array. If you are totally new to IC2...

Thanks for the re-post zBob. I usually read this forum on downtime at work, so I keep forgetting to bookmark the discord.

Speaking of RFTools, when I try to use the in-game Manual, my game crashes. Trying to get the Powercell to work, but so far haven't been able to do it. Do you need a Powercell Card for each Powercell?

My favorite thing about modpacks like AoE is that it gives you an excuse to play with mods and machines that you wouldn't normally. IC2 is a good example for me. I feel much more comfortable using IC2 now, but more than that, I have a much larger appreciation for mods that work with both EU and...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Now that I have this built, changing it to a farming station setup is on a list of possible future upgrades. Probably won't change it unless I suddenly need a TON of Ender Pearls. I only shared the pic because it's a fairly cheap farm to make early on, and expandable as you get more resources...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Might as well say the Garden Cloche doesn't process Ender Lilies, in my opinion, since growing Ender Pearls in them gives you no advantage whatsoever. Even growing them on the ground lets you use a Watering Can every day to speed up the process. Right before QuintinStone said that the Farming...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Hmm, well I swapped out the dirt to End Stone, put Ender Lilies into the Farming Station and nothing happened. Are you saying it will harvest Ender Pearls but not plant Ender Lilies? Just tested it in Creative. That's exactly what it does. Farming Station doesn't PLANT Ender Lilies, but it...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

It's easier to farm Endermen only because there doesn't seem to be anything to harvest Ender Lilies. On the other hand, walking down a line of fully grown Ender Lilies holding right-click every few days seems easier than going to the End and fighting Endermen. :)

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Is there a way to auto-harvest Ender Lilies in Age of Engineering? Neither the EnderIO Farming Station or the Garden Cloche will harvest them.

As someone else mentioned, a byproduct of investing some time into bees is that Industrious bees will set you up with a ton of Propolis, which converts into resin. I took down my Rubber trees because they are so pointless now.

I tested the Thermal Binder with Electric Pickaxe and was unable to put more than 5 Fortune Upgrades into it. So if there is a way to get Fortune X in this pack, I haven't found it yet.

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

FYI, Icy and Glacial bees are some of the easiest bees to breed, once you have Imperial and Industrious bees. I understand that those might be what is painful about bees to some people. Just saying that it's nothing like trying to breed Withering bees, or getting the Nether bees to breed when...

Oh, I forgot about this. I tested the Electric Pickaxe from Neotech, and I was not able to upgrade it past Fortune 5. FYI

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Thanks for the advice, but I'm still trying to figure out what happened. It's a creative world I've been using to create a compact Empowered Oil setup tutorial. I don't want to start from scratch. It's definitely not from having too much stuff. In fact, I haven't been inside the world long...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Speaking of locked up worlds, my creative world no longer loads. It shows 0% on the screen, but nothing else happens. The log shows everything unloaded, but there is no crash-report. Anybody have any tips on how to troubleshoot why the world won't load?

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Well, I'd still say End Forged Sword (with Sharpness 5 and Looting 3) is better because its 23 damage is 3.5 times as much as a Looting 10 Electric Sword. My creative world locked up before I could test the Pickaxe, but the clincher for me is how many upgrade slots the Area of Effect Upgrade...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

Has anyone experimented with the Neotech Thermal Binder for weapons or armor? I've messed around with the Electric Sword upgrades a bit, but can't seem to find anything better than End Forged Sword. Tried the Thermal Binder upgrades on armor in a Creative world, and you can get Protection X on...

    [1.10.2] Age of Engineering

I think I might be missing your point, because that's how everything works. If I need more Plutonium, I add Reactors. If I need more ores, I add quarries.
