It definitely can happen on Ultimate (or at least it did)...but I can't say if this bug has been demonstrated in the Mindcrack pack. Sorry. Safer to use Liquid Tesseracts maybe.

Yea, the T5 shard is working as normal. When you log-off the vanilla de-spawn mechanics kick-in, and your mobs will instantly de-spawn if there isn't another player within 128 blocks, but the dimension does have other players in it. On the one hand, this is a good thing to prevent mobs...
