Apart from being buggy as hell (can be a real nightmare on servers when the spawn count gets high) and giving problems with animal spawns. ie: hostile animals eat all your sheep and cows etc. Dr Zark refuses permission on all modpacks.

try unistalling that Tenebril Ultra-speed 360... If it's not listed in the "uninstall programs" section then use the search programs and files function for any trace of it and delete it manually. It's what I would do anyway. But try to find an uninstall option first as you might be able to get...

Has your hard drive suddenly got near full ? Harddrives need a certain amount of free space to move stuff around. Check something isn't running in the background. Also try making a new world to see if it's ftb or just that particular world save.

I might be wrong, but if I recal FTB staff put out a call for pack beta testers quite a while back. I didn't apply. And most people who know what beta testing (not playing) entails didn't apply either. Maybe that's a bit selfish, but I like to think I did them a favour by not wasteing their time.
