It would be fine if we could change the config to bring back the advanced recipes (circuits, batteries, etc) so we wouldn't need to do those plate bending and assembly machines but we can't.

Any news on this? These objects are invisible which makes them hard to find in a chest...

Maybe if the FTB guys updated "news" section of the website explaining this instead of some partnership no one cares about, the questions wouldn't be asked 10 times a day.

The problem with threads like this and "simple question, simple answer" is that people will search something in the forum's threads titles and they won't find the info in these threads which is why it's better to create threads for specific questions and let people answer to that.

I didn't want to cheat in my most recent map but a volcano appeared in the huge pine forest near my base and started burning trees so I quickly gave myself noclip to go on top and pour buckets of water on that lava. I'll cheat for things like that

Still better than pumping infinite lava from Nether or spawning infinite enemies that get automatically killed for resources as many people post here.

I might be missing something there but it would be a lot simpler with ComputerCraft. All you need is one computer under each spawner and one main control computer, nothing needed between them (they must have rednet of course). Then you could have a menu like: 1) turn spawner 1 on/off 2) turn...

Or disable machine explosion in the config and start enjoying the game.
