Silver and copper do not generate in MW2, as there is no mod that adds them. It is the Thaumonomicon that is bugged, not the generation.

All of them except atomic era. Light bridges don't seem very steampunky to me anyway. :)

Resonant Induction works on the same principles of mechanical energy as Rotarycraft, so in the end I just had to choose one over the other.
