Windows 32Bit can only handle 4gb of ram and output 1GB of ram to java. Upgrading to 64bit will give you endless opportunitys and allow you to play with more ram helping with the lag and the launcher should launch the mod pack properly.

Due to a low spec computer I play the lite pack with some additional mods, my problem currently is moving mob spawners, is it possible with this pack? Any help/information will be greatly appreciated.

Why not run a computer backup and backup all the things you need on a memory stick and put them back on when you have restored it, if you cannot find the fix.
