Gregs tech is one of those mods that if you like it then it is a really amazing mod, and well if you don't, then it can be a pain in the butt. Luckily as of right now we have multiMC and all of the configs that are available in Gregs tech.

You could just copy over the FTB pack to multiMC and then start it up in offline mode there. This solution should work though and offline mode would be nice to see.

Yeah this is a very good point,(And probably what I will end up doing.) though it would be a nice option of being able to cache to mods that were installed by the user so that next time it updates they can take a look at a list and readd if desired. :)

One thing that helps is using either a buffer chest right there and then a filter right next to it that will pull out full stacks, or you could use a regulator and set it to wait for X amount of a certain item before it ejects, Or if your using BC then you could use compactor pipes once from one...

I like both of these options. Yes yes the config folder is right there and not hard to find, and frankly if you don't know how to find it then you should do some research before messing with configs any. But, what is the point in having a launcher without having those little things added...
