my server wont even come online now

well I have a 3.5 gig and it says out of memory don't know what to do cuz we updated the server and all this problems are coming up now

I tried deleting it and same issue

I keep getting out of memory on my serverI think its a memory leak

Having same issue with my server help or explanation would be greatly appreciated! PS Running on 3.5 gigs of ram if this helps
