How are they? If they have BC/RC/Forestry installed, they can use conductive pipes, and then use conduits for their TE stuff. No one is locking anyone out...

While I voted yes, UHC is a fast paced mod. A lot of modded Minecraft takes time... TC4, IC3, etc, all take time to get to their respective "PVP-able" stages. I can see Ars Magica working fairly well though.

The items give you skill points, not levels. The blue, green, and red orbs give you blue, green, and red skill points respectively.

The evil generator is going to be my preferred source of energy generation. Super expensive and wasteful ,whats not to love? Although I wish he'd add more items to it... such as, one of the comments suggested this, adding "tears" from child mobs. The evil generator would be 10x better with this.

Just because they don't call it that doesn't mean it is. It's a rewrite of the mod, and it's the 3rd public rewrite, even if it's only part of it. See Thaumcraft 3 -> 4.
