Since when? Every Captcha I've ever used besides the wiki is case insensitive. I'd say ReCAPTCHA's the most commonly used one (Google owns it), and it isn't case sensitive.

This reminded me yet again that I needed to set up two-factor authentication. Logged out to test it, panicked for a second because: 1. I forgot my password for a second 2. Couldn't find the authenticator app on my tablet :P I'm comin' for ya now, @Staxed :P
