I just recently noticed that MacOSX & all the things running in the background were using around 1.3 G out of the 2 G ram in my MacBook. Now I have 4 G ram & my lag spikes are gone. I can even use JourneyMap! My fps is still 15 & under, I suspect improving that would take a better cpu.
