How much power are you producing? The quarries can take almost 100 mj//t each, and the controller needs a lot to handle that influx of materials EDIT: might be 50 mj/t

Two things: Apple oaks don't work in orchards, to the best of my knowledge. Second, orchards are supposed to do nothing until there is a fruit/nut to collect. Plant a cherry or walnut tree and try again.

I havn't tested it, but unless she coded it to cause direct damage, then fire resistance would nullify it calling some vanilla fire or lava code for burning the player

Unless you want to build a time bomb in your world, NEVER make a system that relies on auto pull and back stuff. The auto pull is very fast, and it will start as soon as one slot is available, causing a constant increase in back stuffed items.
