NuclearCraft has just been updated - I don't remember the last time this pack was updated, but this update to the mod is far more balanced than the last and adds a lot of this that were being cried out for, and would certainly help its place in this pack.

I have to admit that this is very true, and will be a problem until I have more time to work on the wiki - for now, the NuclearCraft YouTube channel has a video for each update of the mod which may help, but I do plan to, very soon (when the next version is out), make a long wiki/mod-spotlight...
