Relying on the mod author to create support for the other mods is unreliable, considering the author has so many request to add features.... What are the chances that your suggestion will get implemented anytime soon? Why not put in some effort & do it yourself when its so easy?

Could you try doing it before assuming that it wont work? Because if it works then it would save you alot of trouble with hqm edit

Drag the old world hardcore questing file over to replace the new one

Just find a Thaumcraft pure node, Tower to layer 200, Make a bunch of grass platform there, profit. ( Not sure if tainted animals affects the spawn rates, if it doesnt probably dont need to go so high)

Create a new world, Delete the data,playerdata,regions,level.dat,level.datmcr,level.datold files/folder in the new world, copy the files that you deleted from the old world to the new one... Use hqm edit to complete those quests that you have completed before

Well I had a 6 GB server agrarian skies with them, never had an issue with it.....

Try deleting the FTB folder and reinstalling the pack ( backup your world saves first...) PM me your world file, ill try to fix it
