It means a mod is having issues... try removing mods to find out the mod that is causing it...
Do note, modders are mainly hobbyist they are not professional coders from #microsoft.... Then again do remember Notch wasnt the best either....
Looks like an enderIO issue, try removing enderIO and reloading the chunk and add it back.
Well there is a DIm25 folder... Also did you ask him to add the mod compact machine?
All the paks that have been submitted have been downloaded already... So basically there wont be any changes, if your pack miss out something... your screwed :(
The only config that the twilight forest has, is some sound configs, and configs to disable the portal...
It might be possible to use the ruins mod to create custom trees though.
Wont this be cool?
Also just turning all twilight bosses to be 100% infernal might balance it out :P...
Being able to even get to the twilight is cheesing.... The best way IMO is to intergrate the twilight into the overworld.... If you want a taintless world go to the nether or the end...

Features...
- 25% chance of a drylad spawner
- 25% chance of a tainted creeper spawner
- 50% chance of the spawners above to be a dirt blocks
- 15% chance of the Twilight boss Knight...
Not the best way since taint dies when its not in tainted biomes... and should the taint spread, spreading to so many blocks with so many taint blocks may kill your client.
50% chance of a drylad spawner, 30% chance Phantom Knight spawner comes along with it....
Goes along the theme... A small patch of the wild tries to hold out against the taint....
