There should not be any problem to add mods to your own pack because the problem with ID's is gone. The only problem I can see if 2 mods are using same recipe for crafting.

He need to fix his TC essentia system - because I need that now... its special interesting because on my server we are now using Monster 1.1.2 and we have updated CC to 1.6

If he didnt pastebin in the end of the video then expect that he can have changed some code to make it work. He is cutting in the movies so its not everything you see.

If you are playing Monster then make a farm with Uranium (Magic Crop) and use that in Big Reactor.

How about private packs? Is it possible or do we need to download all mods and tell our servermembers to download this file we make? With the remove of IDs in the mods it should be more easy now to add and remove mods from a pack so I belive that there will be more focus on private packs now.

Well... make a list of all peripherals connected and a list of all screens connected and make a "setup" where to choose what peripheral goes on what screen.
