Beans are not the same now as before. Now you are using essentia crystallize (or what they are called). You get then by melting items in a Essentia Crystallizer

I have a stack of each ingot in a interface. So when im low on ingotes the system will autocraft what I need. I dont need to have 4342342k of iron ingots if I dont need them.

Yes use the Node Stabalizer to keep them seperated.

In this mod there is no theme. Its just stuff like EU and RT. But in the other mod Im making (RuneCraft) there is a magical theme.

the current mystcraft in DW20 pack is bugged and on last FC video (today) he showed what command to use to remove that.

It will not help. On the right side is 4 diffent plants (blue yellow black and the last). They have been mixed becuase there should only be the black plant on that row. The golems on the left and right is harvesting and replanting. The golem in the middle is collecting everything.

I have a small farm where I have rows with magical crops. The problem with the golems is that they replant it random. it dont look pretty anymore but what I can do?
