Really stupid things that people have said about Modded MC(Off topicness makes moderators tired)

I was only going by the 1 image. I have found the problem there though: The solenoid is 1 block too low. ( The BP is sitting 2 blocks higher than the toroids and injectors, but 3 blocks higher than normal on the solenoid. So, the toroids are 1 block higher than the solenoid. Probably the classic...

Really stupid things that people have said about Modded MC(Off topicness makes moderators tired)

Except if EVERYTHING is misaligned the same way, then they still line up. The Tokamak does not care about the blueprint. The BP is not part of the reactor. As I said, as far as the image is concerned, this appears to be a case of sticking the BP on top of the solenoid, instead of underneath it...

Really stupid things that people have said about Modded MC(Off topicness makes moderators tired)

To be fair, it looks like the only thing misaligned might be the BP. Specifically, they put it on top of the solenoid, instead of under it. It's pretty hard to judge distances from a picture, but it looks like things would line up correctly if they put the BP in the correct place. I'm curious...

Mod Feedback [By Request] RotaryCraft Suggestions

Unless something is going wrong, which appears to be the case. Itemducts are simpler, so less likely for a problem. More importantly, they're from a different mod, so they're not too likely to have the same exact problem. Of course, that's all moot since he says the piping has all been removed...

You could try disabling particle effects. I believe that will stop the rendering of the neutrons. Even so, I wouldn't expect anywhere near that much of an FPS drop from a reactor. Especially if it's small enough to fit in a single chunk, and you haven't turned on the steam grate yet. Perhaps...

Depends on your ambient temperature. I usually live in a fairly neutral temp place, and then it's simply a piece of netherrack that you light on fire. Elevation does make a difference, but you got it backwards. It's the same as real life: Higher is colder, lower is hotter.

I have fully replicated the glitch, with no additional mods. Added to issue tracker here: https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues/43 If anyone has any additional information for Reika, feel free to add it there.

Can you verify your process? It wouldn't produce the images shown, and does not replicate the glitch, ( I tested just now ) but has another glitched behavior. Specifically, the first output goes into the middle slot, second to the top, then finally the third goes into the bottom. The result is...

Mod Feedback [By Request] RotaryCraft Suggestions

Yea, I've come to find there's a few things like this. Vanilla Hoppers, Project Red Timers ( For these, I place 1 timer in a well lit hole far from my base, then wireless it over to anything that needs it. Obviously later on getting rid of the wireless receivers also helps. ), and I know...

    Reika's Update Checker

The misalignment actually starts just after the 12 and goes to the ). In fact, you can see right where it ended, because it cut off part of the shadow for the right parenthesis. After the paranthesis, and up to just before the U is a filler texture. This piece came from above the left side of...

    ReactorCraft: Measuring output

A bit late, but I figured you would want to know anyways: HPT single stage consumes the same amount of steam as a maxed HPT. So, for testing purposes you just need to build a single stage, which isn't too bad.

Simple solution. This steam gauge could be a steam consumer and producer, where it consumes from 1 side, and produces on the other. This is probably roughly how the pump works. Just add some sort of method for counting the steam, and voila. Steam Gauge:)

    RotaryCraft - help!

Some more tips: First, is don't try to copy any designs you see anywhere. They're almost always out of date, plus the way RoC works, it usually just makes you even more confused. Just take your time, and learn the mechanics of each piece. Power = Rad * Torque. This is absolutely critical. For...

    [Solved] How much RAM

How long of youtube videos do you watch? I think it might be from buffering an entire video. 3 minute videos, even at 1080x60 would be quite small, but a 1.5 hour video would be quite large. 4k certainly has some time to go before it becomes the standard, but this next year should see a fair...

    [Solved] How much RAM

Actually, a single tab in chrome playing just 720p can eat over a gig. If you do 10 tabs ( which is lower than many people I know, though I try to keep it down to about 4 ), and a 1080p60fps video, you can easily be looking at 3-4 gigs just for chrome. ( Chrome is notoriously bad about memory...

    [Solved] How much RAM

Yup, someone made a program to load SWTOR onto a RAMdisk, and it works quite well. This would be particularly beneficial to MMOs, and other games with a high amount of loading. ( Detailed open world games for example, like GTA 5. MC probably wouldn't see too much though except for servers. )

    [Solved] How much RAM

That part isn't true any more. I constantly have out of memory issues with only 8GB. 16GB is the bare minimum for a gaming rig now, and 32GB would give you nice headroom for the future. Especially since we are moving into 4k, we should see a leap in textures and models, and thus RAM required. (...
