See my reply above for options. The only pack on that is for 32 bit systems in the FTB Lite 2 pack. If you are playing on a desktop then installing additional ram can usually be easy unless you have a branded system e.g Dell.

If you have a 64 bis os then install x64 java from the link below. If you only have a 32 bit os then the only option is to buy a 64 bit os but if you decided to go down this route I would suggest investing in another 4gb of ram...

Try the second fix then. Also the latest version of the pack should fix the issue as well.
