What gfx card do you have? Do you have it set to fast gfx in the options. Can you post the new log please?

I am assuming by the log you are trying to add gregtech to the unleashed pack. Check out the thread below for help. Also make sure that you are using the correct version of gregtech for the version of ic2. http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/unleashed-with-gregtech-id-conflict.27060/

The ftb dev team know about this problem and are in the process of fixing it. They have fixed issues relating to it but then more keep cropping up.

Also try deleting the ftb launcher folder from roaming.

Does this happen on a new world as well?

You have the latest version but you have an old version as well and the log mentions that it prefers that one so you need to remove it. It should be listed in your programs.

Please in future if you are posting logs use pastebin and not walls of text. The error is very common problem and is usually caused by over zealous antivirus programs. Add an exception to your ftb folder, include sub folders as well, to your av program If you don't know how then google "How to...

If you are using 3gb out of your total 4gb and has windows running your maybe causing windows to choke because of lack of ram. You could try adding the jvm arguments to your server bat to see if it helps.
