Try using this utility here to get an accurate picture of your connection to said server. If it looks clean you can be assured it is not your connection. The crash looks like you are switching between inventories too fast.

A TiCon bolt/arrow are causing a render error in your inventory. If you know how to use NBTEditor, I highly suggest removing whichever you have in your inventory. The bow/crossbow as well for good measure.

Alright, hmm. I am seeing a respawn packet that is part of the issue. Did you go into another dimension or die in another dimension? Is on a server network where you can ask the host for assistance? If so, ask them to NBT edit your player data to put you back into spawn.

Your logistics pipes player config file (not the regular config file in the configs folder!) has been corrupted. Delete it in your world folder and that should solve the issue.

Not entirely sure if it is kosher to ask for support on other launchers besides FTB/Curse but wireless redstone is crashing when trying to save data from this block here: (-184,64,244). You could try McEditing out the block or starting your server without the mod installed.

Is your friend using a resource pack? If so, try removing that and loading again.

This crash results when either there is a mod on the server that a client does not have or a client has a mod that is not on the server. I have also seen this occur from simply having EnderZoo installed. So double check to make sure all mods on both client and server match.

How much RAM are you giving the launcher? Do you have Java-64 bit?
