Some Connection Crash??? On Server.

Details of the issue:
So the error is really strange. Whenever that happens console gets spammed with this certain error and all the players gets timed out (All of the are from same Country). Tried to restart server etc. Didn't helped. The strange thing is when i do timeout i have tried to ping a server from other instance and it gives response. Sometimes this thing happens instantly after we just joined a server, sometimes only after 10-20 minutes... When this started to appear only 2 were on the server. I was building Quarry sorting system with logistic pipes, while my friend was just mining. I tried to break all that system, but that happens again and again...​
