Try removing optifine. If that does not work then use mcedit and remove the wings from your inventory. Google is your friend if you have never used McEdit before. Also in future use pastebin or ftb paste when posting logs not a wall of text.

Change the ftb utils config or take manual manual backups. The config file is in the local-->ftbu folder. Edit the file with notepad or better still notepad++. I changed mine from 2.0 to 1.0.

It seems like a mod issue rather than a bug, but I could be wrong. You could try the farming station instead.
