Ender IO Item Conduits not extracting

Details of the issue The item conduits I've hooked up to my machines are not longer extracting items from the machines. I've got them hooked up to my ME system. Everything was working fine last night, and has been for the last month or so, but now it's just stopped working. I've disconnected and reconnected the conduits but it hasn't fixed the problem. Has anyone else encountered this before?
