    You have modified the pack, so unfortunately no help. Also adding Project E to the Infinity pack, if playing on expert mode, seems pointless as this would make the changes that made the pack much harder seem pointless.

    You have answered your own question. Use either the old FTB Launcher to run the pack or MultiMC should work also.

    Sorry but what do you mean by some chunks are not working. If you can't break blocks check that you are not in adventure mode. If this is not the issue then please elaborate.

    You could try using the latest java. You will need to use the jar launcher and set the java version to use. You do this in the options.

    If you are wearing Draconic armor then remove it temporarily. Unfortunately there is no fix because it is a mod issue not a pack issue. It happens with vanilla mc books as well.
