You can allways download older versions with FTB launcher or just from the repo. The warning on loading a world on missing blocks is usually only appearing when a lot has changed. You can allways backup your worlds before and try. Staying on an old version thoo will result in t4 beeing...

Well GC changes them as soon as it can. You should be fine if you craft them in crafting table and immediatly use them in the table again.

Should work fine at coop, i know of several teams on the server allready. AKnotsdeath and fowah stream it as a team too :)

The furnace is vanilla. Not sure but you might need to pull from bottom..

Like both your tipps and the video, thoo the "Perpetuum mobile" (i have pictures on page 21) is better in my eyes, since its real free power for 10+ stirlings and you can use your lava for obsidian :)

Thoo i like the idea, its way too much work for a thing like this. I even planned on disabling space stations since they are so glitchy, esp. on servers. If the possibility arises to set a respawn dimension for the stations i would probably use that.
