Well if you had infinite water, you could fill the barrel with water that is sitting on mycellium and there will the new mushrooms spawn on the surrrounding mycellium. You'll cut them down, empty the barrel and have new water fill the empty barrel and new mushrooms will now spawn right after...

It's the book problem they mentioned before. Books from city have different metaid or something. So it won't work in the grinder as is. There is also suppose to be more than one city so maybe another city might have the rest?

An obvious tip - don't drink your water. Craft them into your camel pack instead for better hydration. P.S. It only take normal water bottles - no dirty, cold, or salty water.
