No, I am able to play for an hour or so then have to restart my client because fps drops to one and doesn't recover even if I teleport to another area. Server tps stays fine and nothing shows abnormal in opis so when it happens I just restart.

I agree, some of the buffs on the mobs is a little ridiculous. Infernal mobs adds some early game challenge, but its like the hunger mods, it just becomes an annoyance later.
