Checked my config, concapede are false already, so its not them. I didn't crash in a jungle biome either. However, this might have nothing to do with it, but concapede is enabled on peaceful, but I was not playing on peaceful.

For my crashes, it seems to happen occasionally, but relaunching the pack seems to cure it. Just the initial load for me, not sure about her.

I've had a couple of the same crashes MissLid, but out exploring. I have limited experience reading crashlogs, but it looks like it was trying to spawn a mob.

Funny, because until I took the hqm reward of Town Tour after I accepted Thin Their Numbers from the King (not completed it), I was able to talk to them and take the quest, and they showed up. Lucien's too.

I appear to have replicated my problem with the custom npcs. I accepted the hqm quest reward of town tour, and all my custom npcs quests vanished. I don't know how to control Custom NPCs to fix, so letting you know this can be replicated on a fresh world. Edit: How do you fix your CustomNpcs...

Baker's and blacksmith's quest isn't showing up for CustomNpcs. I haven't completed 'thin their numbers' yet, but I thought the baker and blacksmith quest should activate before that?

I'm in a single player world presently, the customnpcs textures of BirdMonster is missing, other animal npcs seem to be find, so far. I'll keep you posted. Edit: CustomNpcs I know have odd pathing, but they dont' like vanilla doors today.

Thermal Expansion 4 split off the conduits from their main mod, and the conduits aren't out yet. Use Ender IO conduits, or Extra Utilities.

Yesterday, I made a separate client instance and swapped Biomes O Plenty for ExtraBiomesXL. I like the terrain, but it seems that watching youtube, and loading chunks doesn't completely agree.

The incompatability of swapping between tinkers iguana tweaks and Better Beginnings should be reported, but thats just my opinion.
