I would play AG skies, if my computer would actually run it on Java 8 :P Crash anding is getting a lot of press,but lots of people are still playing AG skies, maybe you just managed to answer ALL the questions?

Just started on this challenge, damn its hard to resist going straight for the iron :P Someone (More capable than me) should turn this into a mod pack, with each tier being a different HQM quest line perhaps?

A big rack of steam boilers is always fun to use, produce lots of power and allow a massive tree farm to have a use

I would recommend Agrarian skies, Its more fun with more people. If not a survival style map, hatpack is a good bet, nice selection of mods and an amazing official sever

Autonomous activator on the right click setting maybe?

Exactly, something that would hurt mobs that walk into them, fences are so old, jeez, just climb over them already, they basically have rungs
