    well you will never get duplicate ores, the only way fortune will ever work on an ore is if you also have the smelting upgrade.

    well I put a wooden pattern in the cast and tried to pour and it wouldn't. So I think only the second works. As in your pour aluminium brass/gold onto a part to get that cast.

    Basically, you put a stone pickaxe head on the casting table, then pour the aluminium brass on it. That will make your casts.

    well it's faster but basically both need to be smelted and poured straight into casts... so in regards to what we're talking about, no difference

    TConstruct_1.4.dev.12 Just tested it... seems it's broked :/ I think it's more likely it's a bug than a feature, as it would make the creation of the likes of cobalt pickaxe heads impossible
