In the BoP config, most of the biomes appear to be disabled. Is this deliberate? And, when are these settings used? Does it affect both BoP worldgen mode and ATG mode?

LOL, I never tried that! I guess now that IC2 no longer uses Refined Iron, that recipe is available for another mod to use.

Shouldn't do. I think the only worldgen in MFR is rubber trees, and you can use IC2 rubber. I'm sure Direwolf20 will mention it in his next episode.

What if FTB want to include a mod that isn't on that list? And then Fuzzie adds the same mod with different IDs? There's no way that FTB could make mod packs while depending on someone else's configs.

Interesting point. Mo'Creatures will not be included due to permissions, but it should be possible to distribute the config. It's then a question of whether the FTB team want to spend the effort on it (lowest of the low on priotity right now), and whether they want to allocate the IDs to a mod...
