Oh, seems I forgot to add the world to the server files, they will be in the server download with the next update. It's not really abandoned, he just doesn't have the time to work on the pack currently.- SirWill

This doesn't sound like a modpack related issue. There are many tutorials out there which explain how to host a local server.- SirWill

You have to update to the latest version, see server motd for the version the server is running. Just click continue button- SirWill

Works fine for me on a local server. Does your server have the world folder with all files and are you spawned in the overworld if yes try to run /cofh tpx -28- SirWill
