If its about using a Laser drill, you could just use something along those lines: Coal -> Pulverizer -> Coal Dust -> Magma Crucible -> Liquifacted Coal -> Compression Dynamo -> Drill (use a few Black Foci to ensure steady Coal flow) or: Gelid Cryotheum + Energized Glowstone -> Glowstone -> Magma...

There are not many direct synergies like the sanguine helmet. But you can do stuff like use an AM Summon spell to spawn sheep for example to kill for Blood Magic. Or you could fuel your AM Dark Nexus with Mandrakes from Witchery.....

put coal (you can't use charcoal) into a pulverizer to get coal dust (and some sulfur) then out the coal dust into a magma crucible. i wouldnt put a backup tank, as the dynamos, the crucible and the pulverizer will store plenty.

Yes, you can use aqueous accumulators and fluiducts. As for the fuel sources: Sieving Gravel gives Coal, which i turn into Liquifacted Coal and run it through compression dynamos (doing it like this has a net gain over coal in steam dynamos). Sieving Dust gives you Gunpowder, Redstone...

You don't even need to use hammers at all. Extruder->Pulverizer->Pulverizer->Pulverizer automatically crushes the cobble into dust. The first one (cobble->gravel) outputs sand as a byproduct, which you can either put into the last one (Sand -> Dust) or turn it into Soulsand. Just FYI, i use 3...

For an early EU source i would recommend an mfr treefarm -> turn wood to charcoal -> burn charcoal for energy which is used for the treefarm and whatever you want to power. Cheap, easy to build, can be expanded and can be used for EU and RF (AE can use both btw). Later you can even use a Boiler...
