Comparing it to the zip file in the spreadsheet, it doesn't look to be the same file at all.

@GreatOrator - Just downloaded 2.2.0 into a fresh location from the FTB Launcher. It looks /severely/ borked. No Lockdown mod, no template folder in the mods folder. No Tolkiencraft II 2.2.0 on the start up screen. Creating a new world creates a minecraft world as @cravenhydra78 stated above.

@cravenhydra78 - I use all three things that @GreatOrator listed: SatanicSanta's jvm arguments, fastcraft, and Optifine HD U A4.

Like @MissLid I also suggest Tolkiencraft II. I've been playing and streaming it since early beta, and I've enjoyed the heck out of it. The mod author @GreatOrator is very active and has put a lot of work into fleshing out two styles of quests in the the pack: NPC Quests and HQM Quests...

2.1.3 Clothingcraft overrides vanilla carpet recipe with fabric. So it is currently impossible to make carpet which also makes it rather hard to make the Botania flowers that need a carpet as part of their underlying recipes. Not to mention sleeping bags. :P
