The only other one I see that is non standard for the mod-pack is IDResolver. Try removing that one as the rest appear to be okay. Could you provide the error log? The new launcher should work with the server. Are you sure it is not just that the mod pack got updated? If it is the mod pack you can choose the version by changing it. The selection box is just after the server download.

Sounds like it might be item IDs. Could you provide the server error log to pastebin if there are any. You could try copying the configs from your client to the server or from the server to your client to make sure they are the same. Also make sure that both have the same mods installed.
