You followed the instructions step-by-step? In your log I still see Java version 7 update 5 not update 21. I also see that your launcher is still on the desktop and not in its own folder.

Try this from the knowledgebase. Step 5 is the one you want. Be sure to uninstall version 7 and any other versions you have.

The configs for the server needs to be the same as the ones on your client. If they are not then you may encounter these types of errors. Download the current configs from the server and give them to every one that is going to log into the server.
