    If it gets unloaded and reloaded and the switch is across a chunk boundary, then weird things can happen. Make sure it's contained in the chunk as a matter of policy. Not that I know of. This is why these engines are sorta frowned upon even though they're actually quite efficient.

    The way I've done it in single player is use an ender tank full of sewage from a distant cow farm and on-site composters. I had a power surplus when I did this, so the ender tank made it really easy to split the resource flow multiple ways and then just use the power surplus to compost on site.

    Well, turtles pretty much do anything the deployer and breaker can do and more. But I can understand how that might not be a satisfactory answer for some uses. But please, can we keep the RP2 argument out of other threads? It's bad enough when it's contained.

    It seems funny how trivial it is to make infinite industrial fertilizer with power using MFR. Until you realize a mob-farm and redstone engines and buildcraft could make the same supply of fertilizer.
