See part 3 of the link that I gave you. I do not have a Mac so I have not downgraded using the guide, but I have updated the lwjgl if you need help with that. The process for updating the lwjgl is the same for Mac and Windows.

Make sure that you have the correct version of Better Dungeons. You want the 1.4.7 version, get it from the minecraftforums.net link and follow the install instructions. Aside from that I'm not sure how much more help I can provide my googling has produced little to no answer.
