I initially had this problem. I set the launcher to the exclusions list of Avast! and it started up just fine. Hope it works for you as well.

This error is usually caused by an over zealous Anti-Virus program. Try adding the server folder to the exclusions list of your AV.

Actually this is a known problem in 1.4.7 A conductive pipe connected to a GregTech/IC2 machine and the machine tried to draw power from it. That would be all good if it had the Pneumatic Upgrade in it, but if it does not then this error will be created. The only known cure is to open the world...

Not sure what happened. It should have unless maybe you were using an older world. I would start from scratch with the world, mods and your configs if you can stomach the reset.

This is a different error. The cause I believe is that you forgot CodeChickenCore which is required for NEI to work.

When did you change the IC2 version? If you are looking for the latest version of IC2 I suggest using the experimental versions. Also note that in the second log you are using a mod developer version of IC2 which according to this is used for IC2 modding (addons). Notice the exact same error.

I've never installed any of bspkr's mods, but I believe they go into the mods folder including bspkrs core not the jar, instMods, mods folder.

Not sure if that would fix it, but a specific reason and fix, if the pack author updates the mod pack, can be found here.

That is a little strange. So it does not appear in the drop down box when you select Unleashed as the pack? Does it show any packs or versions?
