I'm not familiar with the mod and/or its versions, but I believe you are trying to use a 1.6.x version on minecraft 1.5.2

Have you added another mod or something like plugins? Are the other mods are loading? As in can you find say tin and copper and Thaumcraft items in your world? Have you tried changing the GUI size of the menus? If you've copied over the configs, core mods and mods folder then I'm out of any more...

Your Java ran out of memory. According to the above quote by UniZero you need a lot of memory to use MapWriter for now. You have a 64bit computer and are using 32bit Java. Get the 64bit version allocate 2GB and try adding these arguments.

The only known possible fix is a force update. Look here for more info. On a helping note you should change the launcher folder to a folder on your desktop named FTB that is the recommended way use this guide to do it.

Did you download Java 6 or did it downgrade for you? You are using the jdk, java development kit, not the jre, java run-time environment. Try to get the jre if possible. I consider changing to full-screen a band-aid not a fix, but I guess I should have mentioned it.

If setting it in the game does not work you can try deleting the NEI folder and NEI.cfg in your saves folder. That is where the settings for NEI for that save is.

There should be no Xmx as the launcher already passes 256 if I recall correctly. See here.

Your OS is obviously 64bit so make sure you have the 64bit version of Java. Then you will be able to change the allocation of RAM to more than 1GB it is in the launcher under the Options tab before you go into the game.

Did you copy it as it was posted? Make sure you remove all previous settings and use the FTB Launcher arguments. If you did please let Eyamaz know in the arguments thread.

Does this happen with every world or just this one? If it happens with just that one try opening your saves folder and delete the NEI folder and the NEI.cfg file in the save folder.
