have you tried selecting "Force Update" in the settings tab of the launcher before launching the modpack to force it to re-download the modpack again?

make sure you downloaded the latest version of the horizon server files and have the latest client. you may be running a newer version of one of them, hence the conflicts

post the full log. you'll find them in the same place you selected to install FTB the first time you ran the launcher

maps are not cross compatable with each other. a map made in unleashed can be ported to horizons. at least not easily.

this is only the launcher log, which shows no errors. find the modpack log or even the java one. in the event of a crash, you are usually informed somewhere in the first few lines of the crash screen where the full log is saved

check in c:\windows\minidumps or c:\windows for a file with a .DMP extension with a creation date the same as when one of the crashes occurs and upload that. if its blue screening, then auto-restarting, the reason why will probably be in there. if its not blue-screening, just locking up, check...
