First make sure you downloaded a texture pack not a resource pack. After that I do not know if this will fix the error, but try allocating more memory than 1GB. Try maybe 2 or 3GB. Edit: You can get the exact one for Unleashed here.

Different file same error. A program, more than likely your antivirus program, is keeping minecraft from accessing the file. Add folder, C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\FTB\, to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. Be sure to check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders'

This usually indicates video card drivers. Try updating your drivers, be sure to use non-beta drivers, and reinstall Java in case it is Java.
